Helen Simpson

Helen Simpson has extensive work experience at SSE plc, spanning from 1997 to the present. Helen has held various roles within the company, including Project Manager Team Lead, Project Manager (IT), Business Implementation Manager, and Customer Services Team Manager. Helen has also worked as a Customer Accounts Team Manager and a Business Implementation Training Manager. Prior to joining SSE plc, they worked as a Manual Load Manager, Business Implementation Competition Matters Team member, New Business Team Manager, and Customer Service Advisor at the same company.

Helen Simpson obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Project Management and Leadership from the University of Portsmouth between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Oaklands RC School from 1981 to 1986, but there is no information about any degree or field of study from that time. Helen also holds additional certifications including SaFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in 2022), MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practioner from APMG-International (obtained in 2014), and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International (obtained in 2008).
