Nakib Uddin Jalal Chowdhury (Sadin) has a range of work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Nakib Uddin started their career as an Intern at Chevron in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a GA in the MBA Office at Independent University, Bangladesh, where they were responsible for invigilation, preparing class lectures, and assisting faculty members. Nakib Uddin then joined Akij Group in 2015 as a Territory Manager, where they achieved sales targets and maintained positive business growth. Nakib Uddin was promoted to an Area Manager in 2016, where they led a team and managed different RTM models. In 2017, they became the Trade Marketing Manager and was responsible for demand planning and implementing marketing plans. Moving on to JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2019, Sadin worked as a Wholesale Operation Manager and later as a Distribution Development & Compliance Manager. In these roles, they analyzed sales trends, monitored expenses, negotiated purchasing agreements, and designed distributor development programs. Currently, Sadin is working at SSG (Super Star Group) as a Sales Development & Operation Lead, where they are responsible for creating SOPs, onboarding distributors, and managing distributor transitions.

Nakib Uddin Jalal Chowdhury (Sadin) has an Executive MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Dhaka, which they obtained in 2015. Nakib Uddin also holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Independent University, Bangladesh, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the same institute. Additionally, they have taken a course in HRMC from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.

Nakib Uddin has also obtained several certifications, including Budget Maestros and IT REFRESHER TRAINING from JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2021, a Certificate Course in Computer Application from BECON in 2020, and Steps of Call, How to Manage Your Manager, Leadership Mindsets, and Negotiating the Nonnegotiable (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn in 2020. Nakib Uddin has also completed a Live in Field Experience program at the Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development in 2012.
