David Hutton

David joined SSH in 2017 as Delivery Operations Director – Building Design, responsible for all SSH offices.

As a Chartered Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience, David is well-versed in the challenges faced by the construction industry. His skill set is broad, having worked as a contractor, design consultant, and private developer. During this period, he gained a significant amount of knowledge on numerous aspects of construction.

David has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Management, majoring in Economics and Business Management, from the University of South Africa (Unisa).
