Andrew J. Leister, Ph.D. has over 15 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Human Factors Engineer at STS Systems Integration, LLC, where they work within the Base Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC) as part of the 711th Human Performance Wing Human Systems Integration Directorate Analysis Division (711 HPW/HPA) of the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). Andrew J. then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed in 2012. Finally, they earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2015.
