Andrew J. Leister, Ph.D.

Andrew J. Leister, Ph.D. has over 15 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Human Factors Engineer at STS Systems Integration, LLC, where they work within the Base Operational Medicine Clinic (BOMC) as part of the 711th Human Performance Wing Human Systems Integration Directorate Analysis Division (711 HPW/HPA) of the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). Theirrole is to develop and analyze product performance within this space. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Mr. Cooper, expanding their analytic capabilities into the world of modeling 'big data'. In 2016, they worked as a Consumer Insights Analyst at Nationstar Mortgage. From 2008 to 2015, they were a Graduate Student and earned their Ph.D. in Experimental Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Theirdissertation research looked at individual differences. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Research Analyst at Interbrand, where they worked on over 50 unique research projects with client teams generally consisting of 4-6 people. Andrew J. developed and executed client customized research goals using multi-method research programs and presented actionable insights based on statistical and qualitative analysis to broader client and internal team members.

Andrew J. Leister, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Wittenberg University in 2005. Andrew J. then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed in 2012. Finally, they earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2015.
