Nghia Huynh

Nghia Huynh is a Data Scientist at SSI Securities Corporation since December 2020, with experience in quantitative trading, developing and backtesting trading strategies using Qstrader and Backtrader frameworks, and integrating VWAP frameworks. Prior to this role, Nghia worked as a Junior Market Researcher at KOTRA, where responsibilities included delivering market reports and assisting with surveys. Academically, Nghia completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, graduating in 2019 with a high distinction thesis on Foreign Portfolio Investment in Vietnam's equity market. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance at the John von Neumann Institute, Nghia has also held various internships in customer service and finance earlier in the career.
