Kate Debaene

Kate DeBaene currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Program Development at SSM Health, a position held since March 2023, after previously being the Director of Technology Strategy. Prior to SSM Health, Kate DeBaene worked at Forward Health Group, Inc. for nearly five years in various senior vice president roles related to clinician workflow, practice efficiency, and client delivery. Kate DeBaene's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Technology and System Optimization at WPS Health Solutions, where expertise was demonstrated in developing IT strategies for military and veteran health services. Earlier career roles include positions at Epic Systems Corporation and foundational work in finance at Heritage Wesleyan Church, First Midwest Bank, and Northwestern Mutual. Kate DeBaene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Finance and Economics from Augustana College.
