Crystal Stautzenberger

Crystal Stautzenberger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Crystal started their career in the United States Air Force as a Hyperbaric Medical Technician and later served as an Aerospace Physiology Instructor. In these roles, Crystal gained expertise in hyperbaric equipment operation, therapy administration, and patient management.

After leaving the Air Force, Crystal ventured into entrepreneurship and established OC Coaching, LLC, where they served as the Owner and Managing Partner. Crystal'sresponsibilities included sales, marketing, events coordination, and revenue generation. Crystal's notable achievements in this role include leading successful marketing campaigns and achieving a high sell-out rate for professional digital courses.

In 2019, Crystal joined Post Acute Medical as the Corporate Director of Outpatient Programs. Crystal was primarily responsible for business development, strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational development. Crystal also served as the Director of the hospital outpatient Hyperbaric/Wound Care and Rehabilitation clinics.

Additionally, Crystal has certifications in Aerospace Physiology, Airman Leadership School, CPC Telleclass, DoD Information Assurance Awareness, Information Protection, and Inspection, Maintenance, and Documentation of Hyperbaric Chamber Acrylics.
