Sriram Vissa

Sriram Vissa, MD, FACHE, CPE, FACP, SFHM, CPHQ currently serves as the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at SSM Health St. Louis, a position held since July 2004 that involves overseeing Medical Affairs, mentoring executive-level professionals, and contributing to hospital accreditations and clinical performance enhancements. Vissa has also served as the Medical Director for Informatics, where efforts were focused on improving the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system, as well as holding roles such as Interim President and President of the Medical Staff, promoting diversity and inclusion in medical leadership. Previous positions include Chief Hospitalist at Sound Physicians and leadership roles at IPC Healthcare, Inc., with a clinical background in Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology, complemented by an IPC-UCSF Fellowship for Healthcare Leaders.
