Kristian Laakkonen

Kristian Laakkonen is a Transition Support Analyst for Master Data Services at SSP Finland, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs for local teams transitioning to SAP. Prior to this role, Kristian served as a Digital Development Manager at Fafa's, overseeing the digital channels and managing IT initiatives, including the implementation of online ordering and mobile app solutions across a restaurant chain. Kristian's experience also includes positions as a Data Specialist, where expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and data upkeep was honed, as well as earlier roles in digital development and IT support. Additionally, training with the Finnish Defence Forces culminated in the position of Military Police Squad Leader. Kristian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
