David Coy

David Coy, MBA, MS has over 35 years of experience in business improvement and change management. David is currently the VP of Business Improvement and Change Management at SSR Mining Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Improvement Consultant at their own company, David Coy, LLC, where they focused on global and regional program development and implementation. David has also held senior positions at American Airlines, Distributor Wire & Cable, Newmont Goldcorp Corporation, Kinross Gold Corporation, and Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc./Phelps Dodge Corporation. David has a proven track record in creating value through effective and sustainable improvements, and has global experience in various countries including Greece and Saudi Arabia.

David Coy has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from New Mexico State University. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. David Coy has additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
