Patti Holmes

Patti Holmes, CCP, has extensive work experience in various roles related to total rewards, compensation, and HR operations. Patti is currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at SSR Mining Inc., where they are responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy and overseeing HR operations. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Compensation Manager at SSR Mining Inc. and as a Compensation Manager for North America at Arcadis. Patti also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Programs Leader at Arcadis, where they managed talent acquisition programs and supervised TA Coordinators. Additionally, they have practical experience as the owner of a retail sporting goods operation and as a Human Resources Manager/Director of Office Operations at General Motors R*Works.

Patti Holmes, CCP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Michigan State University. Patti also obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Michigan University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from WORLD AT WORK LIMITED in 2018.
