Randy Layman

Randy Layman currently serves as Market Manager at St. Agrestis, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Layman held various positions at Toast, including Inside Sales Representative and Territory Account Executive, from March 2022 to December 2023. As a co-founder and Managing Partner at Chook Charcoal Chicken from January 2018 to February 2022, Layman developed operational systems and fostered a culture of servant leadership within the organization. Previously, as On Premise Sales Manager for Leopold Bros Distillery from October 2016 to August 2018, Layman educated consumers and industry professionals on spirits while working across multiple states. Layman's career began at Secret Sauce Food & Beverage, where from October 2009 to October 2016, Layman directed beverage programs and contributed to building a healthy workplace culture.
