Susan Ferguson-Snedden

Susan Ferguson-Snedden is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as Head of Legal at St Andrews Links, Susan's previous roles include Head of Legal at Historic Environment Scotland and Counsel at Dentons. In addition, Susan has contributed to the legal community as a member of the Intellectual Property Sub-Committee at The Law Society of Scotland. With a solid foundation in legal education from the University of Glasgow, where Susan earned an LLB (Honours) degree, and the Glasgow Graduate School of Law, where a Diploma of Legal Practice was obtained, Susan brings a wealth of expertise in IP and IT dispute resolution as a former Director at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and MMS.
