Raven Schaetzle

Raven Schaetzle began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at HMS Host. In 2007, they became a Graduate Assistant & Test Protector at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Human Resource at St. Anne Home. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all areas of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, benefits, training, safety, wellness, workmen's compensation, corporate compliance, policies and employee handbook, retention, mentoring leaders and employee relations. Raven has continued to look for ways to engage with employees and push to make change that will have a positive impact for them, such as being creative about how employees are scheduled to decrease their workweek and give them a better work-life balance.

Raven Schaetzle obtained an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008, with a focus in Human Resource. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University in 2005. Raven has also obtained certifications from Development Dimensions International, HRCI, and SHRM, including a DDI Targeted Selection Trainer (2013), Professional in Human Resource (2022), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) (2015).
