Julie Kinscheck

Julie Kinscheck's work experience includes serving as an Assistant Voice Professor at Berklee College of Music since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Music Teacher and Choir Director at St. Ann's Home & School starting in 2018. Julie also has experience as a Recording Artist at Jharck Records since 2006 and as the Owner of Kinscheck International Productions since 1987. In addition, they have been working as a Voice, Guitar & Songwriting Teacher at Julie Kinscheck, Teacher since 1986, offering private lessons and conducting vocal training and health seminars. Julie has also gained experience as a Singer/Guitarist, performing at various events and venues since 1981. Julie has worked as a Music Teacher at Hellenic Academy from 2014 to 2015, as a Music Director for the Faith in Action A cappella Gospel Jazz Group from 1996 to 2006, and as a Music Teacher at Ottoson Middle School and Miles River Middle School during different periods.

Julie Kinscheck began their education in 1982 when they attended Oberlin College. Julie pursued a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus on Vocal Performance, Songwriting, and Arranging. After completing their studies at Oberlin, they enrolled in Berklee College of Music from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a B.M. degree in Vocal Performance, Songwriting, and Arranging.

In 2018, Julie continued their education at the New England Conservatory of Music, specializing in Acoustic Vocal Pedagogy. Julie did not specify a degree name for this program.

In 2019, Julie pursued graduate studies at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, concentrating on Vocal Pedagogy.

Currently, Julie is enrolled at Rider University/ Westminster Choir College, where they are expected to complete their Master of Voice Pedagogy degree by 2023. Their field of study at Rider University focuses on Teaching Voice.
