Prior to this, Gareth worked as an Operations Manager for Craft Union Pub Co, where they managed a division of over 100 pubs and produced a turnover of £42 million. Gareth also held the position of Senior Regional Manager at Bermondsey Pubs during the acquisition and merger of Ei Group and Stonegate Group. Gareth began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Pizza Hut UK & Europe and has since held various management positions, including Area Manager at KFC UK & Ireland and Site General Manager at Moto Hospitality. Throughout their career, Gareth has consistently demonstrated strong operational and leadership skills, successfully managing large teams and driving business growth.
