Lara Supan

Lara Supan is a versatile musician and educator with extensive experience in the music industry. Currently serving as the lead vocalist and keyboardist for the band South Rail since April 2011, Lara performs original music throughout the DMV area. As a voice and piano teacher since June 2007, Lara takes on a limited number of students while also fulfilling roles as an alto section leader and cantor at St. Bernadette Catholic Church and Saint Matthew's Cathedral since 2013 and 2009, respectively. Additionally, Lara has contributed to the community through educational demonstrations for Slumber Parties by Lara and worked in various server positions at local restaurants. Graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies with a Vocal Concentration from Ithaca College in 2007, Lara brings a wealth of musical knowledge and performance experience to all endeavors.
