Kristin Wyninegar serves as Dispatch Operations Manager for St. Charles County Government since September 2020, drawing on experience as an Emergency Communications Dispatcher trained in Emergency Police Dispatch, Emergency Medical Dispatch, and Emergency Fire Dispatch. Prior to this, Kristin managed Social Emotional Wellbeing programs at CHADS Coalition for Mental Health, overseeing implementation, data management, and a team of 32. Previous roles include Unit Director at Boys and Girls Club of Benton County, AR, and various positions at the University of Arkansas, including Campus Life Graduate Assistant and NODA Intern. Kristin earned a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, with additional certificates in Public Relations and Advertising.
