Gregg Cohan M.D.

Gregg Cohan MD, MMM has extensive work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Gregg is currently serving as the Medical Director of Care Coordination at St. Charles Health System. Prior to this, they held the position of Medical Director Advisory Services at Sound Physicians from 2019 to 2021. Gregg also served as the VP and CMO for Population Health at Renown Health in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Associate CMO-Utilization at UC Irvine Health, where they were responsible for various initiatives related to case management, social work, and population health. Before that, they served as the Regional Medical Director of Care Management at Presence Health and as a Physician Advisor. Gregg'searlier experience includes owning a private practice as a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician at Southwest Respiratory Associates.

Gregg Cohan MD, MMM obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University in 1982. Gregg then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Chicago, completing it in 1986. In 2014, they obtained a Master of Medical Management (MMM) degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. Additionally, in December 2023, they obtained the Physician Advisor Sub-Specialty certification (CHCQM-PHYADV) from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians® (ABQAURP).
