Shane Coleman

Shane Coleman, MD MPH has a diverse range of work experience in the field of psychiatry and behavioral health. From 2021, they have been serving as the Clinical Division Director of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at St. Charles Health System. In this role, they oversee all outpatient and inpatient behavioral health programs across multiple campuses and collaborates with leadership teams to ensure clinical innovation and compliance.

Prior to this, Dr. Coleman worked as the Division Medical Director at Southcentral Foundation (SCF) from 2013 to 2022. At SCF, they provided support and oversight for all Behavioral Services Division programs in the integrated healthcare system.
