Benita du Randt

Benita du Randt (Henderson) is currently a Nursing Student at St. Clair County Community College, pursuing a lifelong dream of becoming a nurse. Previously, Benita served as a High School Science Teacher at New Life Christian Academy and as a Quality Management System Leader while self-employed. Additional experience includes roles as a Caregiver at Visiting Angels, Quality Leader Americas at Sonova Group, and Director of Quality at Phonak. Benita has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management from positions held at Abbott Molecular and Abbott, where responsibilities included designing stability monitoring programs and managing quality control teams. Earlier in the career, Benita worked as a Research Associate at Rush Cancer Institute. Benita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences with a focus on Human/Medical Genetics from the University of the Free State and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Life Christian University.
