Mahlon Evans-Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In their current position as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at St. Clement's School, Mahlon chairs the school's EDI committee and has successfully led initiatives to promote inclusion and equity, such as revising communication around uniform options and coordinating student-led projects focused on race, gender, and Indigenous affairs. Prior to this, Mahlon worked as an Educational Consultant at Supermahrio and as a Senior Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Facilitator at Anima Leadership. They also held a position as the Head of Course and Training Design at Inspiring Teachers, where they were responsible for developing professional development content and implementing realignment of education projects across various countries. In earlier roles, Mahlon was an ATT Curriculum Manager and Training Lead at Ark, a Subject Leader in Humanities at The City Academy, Hackney, an Associate Tutor at Teach First, and a Participant Fellow at Ambition School Leadership. They also worked as a Director of Learning in Humanities at Bethnal Green Academy and gained international experience as a Volunteer Intern at Twin Group in Lisbon, Portugal.

Mahlon Evans-Sinclair's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Liverpool. They pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics, completing their studies in 2008.

In 2009, Mahlon advanced their education at Canterbury Christ Church University, where they earned a Professional Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specializing in History. Their studies at this institution lasted until 2010 and focused on Secondary Education and Teaching.

Mahlon's dedication to their profession is evident in their additional certifications. In 2011, they obtained Qualified Teacher Status from the General Teaching Council for England. This certification recognizes their capability and authorization to teach in England.

Building on their expertise, Mahlon acquired the Lead Practitioner certification from Ark in July 2017. This distinction acknowledges their leadership and expertise in the field of education.

Their most recent qualification is the Certificate of Qualification and Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers, obtained in August 2022. This certification establishes their eligibility to teach in Ontario, Canada, and signifies their fulfillment of the necessary professional requirements.
