Kara Kershner

Kara Kershner is a Physician Assistant at St. Cloud Orthopedics, specializing in conditions of the hand and wrist since August 2021. Kershner completed a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine from 2018 to 2020, where the educational experience included extensive didactic learning integrated with medical students. Prior to this, Kershner served as an Anatomy Tutor and gained practical experience at Purdue University as a CNA/Medical Assistant in the Purdue University Student Health Center and as a Student Athletic Trainer, participating in diverse clinical rotations. In addition, Kershner expanded knowledge of global healthcare through a study abroad program at Beijing Sport University, focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine and emergency medicine education.
