Ariel Murphy is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on patient experience and process improvement. Since September 2015, Ariel has held multiple roles at St. Elizabeth Physicians, including Process Improvement Consultant, Patient Experience Consultant, and Service Excellence Advisor, contributing significantly to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Ariel worked as an Eyecare Associate at Lenscrafters, assisting customers with eyewear selection and supporting the optometry team with patient pretesting and scheduling. Additionally, Ariel has experience as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Ariel holds a Master's degree in Health Communication from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University.
