Jeanne Kelly DNP RN serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, a position held since 1988. Throughout this tenure, Jeanne has advanced through various roles, including Senior Director of Nursing for Critical Care Services and Cardiovascular Growth, where oversight includes a 38-bed multidisciplinary tertiary ICU with approximately 160 FTEs. Jeanne played a key role in the planning and development of a new 10-bed Cardio-Thoracic ICU that opened in October. Previous positions include Director of Nursing and Cardiovascular Services, managing over 250 employees across multiple units, and Nursing Manager for Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Laboratories, focusing on improving patient care processes. Jeanne's educational background includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Baylor University and both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University, as well as a nursing diploma from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing.
