Wooi Keat Tan

Wooi Keat Tan is an accomplished IT executive currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at ST Engineering since March 2021, where responsibilities include business partnering within Digital Systems and Cyber, enhancing IT service management, and overseeing supply chain setups for low-code development. Previously, Wooi Keat held the position of IT Director at Metso Outotec from January 2014 to October 2020, leading significant IT transitions and managing global supplier contracts. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional IT Director and Regional IT Manager at Metso from 1999 to 2013, and Head of IT at KBC Bank from 1997 to 1999, along with a foundation in system analysis at the Housing and Development Board and military training as an instructor in the Singapore Armed Forces. Wooi Keat holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the National University of Singapore and has completed leadership development programs in management.
