Norman Kuo

Norman Kuo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and platform support roles. Currently serving as Platform Support Leader at ST-Ericsson, Norman Kuo manages a local support team for SEMC/Arima projects and previously acted as Technical Support Leader, facilitating communication between the customer and the company. Prior to joining ST-Ericsson, Norman Kuo worked as an Application Manager at Texas Instruments, overseeing LTE/HSPA/GPRS/GSM platforms, and held the position of SW Manager during the same period. Academic credentials include a GDIT in Information Technology from Monash University, a Master's in Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology, a BA in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, and a BA in Mechanical Engineering from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.
