Currently serving as Banquet Chef at St Francis Yacht Club, Bettina has held the position of Garde Manger Banquet Chef at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since February 2018. Previous roles include Culinary Consultant at Sandalwood Hotel & Retreat, where Bettina designed a new menu featuring international cuisine, and Banquet Chef at Sir Francis Drake Hotel from October 2011 to June 2013.
