Bettina Gumba is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in banquet and menu design. Currently serving as Banquet Chef at St Francis Yacht Club, Bettina has held the position of Garde Manger Banquet Chef at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since February 2018. Previous roles include Culinary Consultant at Sandalwood Hotel & Retreat, where Bettina designed a new menu featuring international cuisine, and Banquet Chef at Sir Francis Drake Hotel from October 2011 to June 2013.
