Sarah Erickson

Sarah Erickson currently serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Red Wing Shoe Co., with responsibilities including global legal functions, enterprise risk management, environmental health and safety, and security, reporting directly to the President/CEO. Sarah has held multiple senior legal positions including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Riesbeck's Food Markets and has significant board experience with organizations such as Rockler Companies, Inc. and St. James Hotel. Previous legal roles include General Counsel at Capital Safety and various positions at Ecolab Inc., where Sarah managed international legal services and corporate governance matters. Sarah holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in political science and history from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
