Previously, Craig held the position of CASS Oversight Manager, where duties encompassed overseeing multiple legal entities, board reporting, control enhancements for outsourced arrangements, breach identification, audit coordination, and regulatory engagement. Prior experience includes roles at Zurich Insurance plc and Yorkshire Building Society Group, focusing on client money and client asset reconciliations, regulatory compliance, audit activities, and process change oversight. Craig’s extensive expertise in CASS matters and regulatory frameworks spans over two decades across various financial institutions.
