Julien Blaney

Julien Blaney is an experienced community and partnerships manager with a diverse background in various sectors. At M13, Julien serves as a Community Manager, while previously holding roles at First Round Capital as Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Analyst. Other notable positions include Community Associate for Weave: The Social Fabric Project at The Aspen Institute and Institutional Advancement Assistant, as well as serving as a Frederick Douglass Distinguished Scholar at American University. Julien also gained experience as an intern in the White House Liaison Office at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Academically, Julien studied at American University from 2012 to 2016 and participated in the General Course in International Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science from 2014 to 2015.
