Scott Willsher

Scott Willsher is a Senior Business Architect at St. James’s Place, with extensive experience in developing end-to-end working processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and providing architectural assessments. Since February 2017, Scott has been instrumental in defining strategic objectives and refining Target Operating Models within the organization. Prior to this role, Scott served in various capacities, including Business Analyst and Product Owner, where responsibilities included aligning initiatives with corporate strategy, maximizing value for advisers, and leading high-profile programs. Previous experience also includes roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, Mitsubishi Motors UK, and Coventry Building Society. Scott holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of Bath.
