Ryan Schwabenbauer

Mr. Schwabenbauer has been with St. John Properties since 2016. He devises and implements valuable and scalable sustainable building and business initiatives that positively impact the community, the company’s clients and employees working within its buildings. Mr. Schwabenbauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He is also an accredited professional of the U. S. Green Building Council.
