Thomas Pilon

Mr. Pilon, who joined St. John Properties in 1997, manages development projects in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll and Howard counties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed professional engineer.
