Xiaoyan Bai

Xiaoyan (BAI) Bai is currently the National Manager of Business Intelligence at St John New Zealand. Prior to this role, Xiaoyan served as the Data & Analytics Lead at AKQA Group, Information and Analytics Manager at Ports of Auckland, and Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Genesis Energy. With a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Visualization, Decision Support Systems, and Knowledge Management from The University of Auckland, Xiaoyan also holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the same institution. Throughout Xiaoyan's career, they have demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and information management.
