Paul Cappetta is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Engineer at St. Johns River Water Management District since May 2019, Paul Cappetta specializes in compliance within the Bureau of Environmental Resource Regulation and has also held roles in project management. Prior to this, Paul Cappetta worked as a Project Engineer at HNTB from January 2016 to May 2019, focusing on design review and regulatory administration for the Local Agency Program with FDOT in District 5. From September 2006 to December 2015, Paul Cappetta was the Principal Engineer for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, managing projects for a large municipality in Morris County, NJ. Earlier experience includes a position as Principal Engineer at NJ Transit, where Paul Cappetta managed rail and bus infrastructure projects from August 2000 to May 2005. Paul Cappetta holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master's of Science in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
