John Wen

John Wen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and staff development, currently serving as the Quality Improvement/Staff Development Manager and Program Supervisor at St. Joseph Medical Center since July 2018. With a strong background in managing teams and enhancing client care, John increased the team census at St. Joseph Medical Center from 186 to 197 within one year. Concurrently, John has been actively involved with Soka Gakkai International (SGI-USA) since 2005, where significant contributions include organizing large-scale youth events. Previous roles include Program Supervisor at the Federation of Organizations and various positions in client coordination and administration. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Hunter College, expected to complete in December 2023.
