Christopher Trotz

Christopher Trotz, MD, CPE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Christopher started their career at South Jersey Family Medicine Associates in 2005, where they worked until 2021. In 2015, they joined Inspira Health Network as the Executive Medical Director, responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical patient care services provided by the Inspira Medical Group. In this role, they implemented clinical protocols, performance objectives, and compliance measures. Christopher also led strategic recruitment initiatives, redesigned the compensation model, and acquired multi-specialty practices to meet business development goals. Dr. Trotz also played a key role in implementing High Reliability Organization practices for patient safety and was involved in a clinical transformation initiative to transition the health network to value-based healthcare contracting. In 2021, they joined St. Joseph's Health as the Vice President of Physician Services.

Christopher Trotz, MD, CPE completed their Executive MBA Program- Advanced Graduate Certificate Program in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Saint Joseph's University in 2018. Christopher also holds additional certifications such as being a FAA Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot, a Certified Physician Executive from the American Association for Physician Leadership, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
