Pamela Sinisi-Farese

Pamela Sinisi-Farese has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Pamela currently serves as the Director of Quality and PI at St. Joseph's Health since September 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director, Quality, Care Mgt. & Infection Prevention at CareWell Health - 300 Central Avenue from August 2020 to September 2023.

From March 2017 to July 2020, Pamela worked at Atlantic Health System, where they held the role of Director of Quality & Patient Safety. Before that, they served as the Quality Manager from April 2016 to March 2017. At Atlantic Health System, they also worked as a Special Project Manager from May 2011 to April 2016, focusing on nursing shared governance and quality improvement program development.

Prior to their time at Atlantic Health System, Pamela worked as a Risk Manager at Summit Medical Group of New Jersey from February 2008 to May 2011, where they were responsible for risk management, patient safety, credentialing, compliance, and patient advocacy. Before that, they were an Assistant Vice President at Cathedral Health Care System from July 2005 to February 2008 and served as the Assistant Vice President of Performance Improvement & Patient Outcomes at PBI Regional Medical Center from April 2005 to October 2006.

Pamela Sinisi-Farese, RN, BSN, MBA, CPHQ has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Pamela also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same institution.
