Donna M. McGregor

Donna M. McGregor, CPA, FHFMA, FACHE has a successful and extensive work history. Donna M. currently serves as the President of St. Lawrence Health, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the Sr. Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at St. Lawrence Health from July 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Donna has worked as the Interim President at Gouverneur Hospital from July 2021 to March 2022.

Donna's career also includes their time at St. John's Riverside Hospital, where they held the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to July 2020. At St. John's Riverside Hospital, they had various responsibilities, including overseeing multiple hospital campuses and ancillary services.

Before joining St. John's Riverside Hospital, Donna served as the Chief Financial Officer at Crystal Run Healthcare from July 2014 to February 2016. Prior to that, they held several leadership roles at Health Quest. Donna M. served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2013 to February 2014, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2012 to March 2013, President/CEO for Putnam Hospital Center from March 2007 to December 2011, and Chief Financial Officer from November 1998 to March 2007.

Early in their career, Donna worked as a Senior Auditor at EY from 1988 to 1995. With their extensive experience and diverse roles in various healthcare organizations, Donna M. McGregor has demonstrated strong leadership and financial expertise throughout their career.

Donna M. McGregor, CPA, FHFMA, FACHE earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Siena College, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance with distinction from Long Island University, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Donna holds certifications including Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
