Michael Rulffes began their career in 2007 at the Cleveland Clinic, where they worked as a Research Technologist and later as a Quality Coordinator/Department Analyst. In 2012, they joined St. Joseph's Health as an Associate in the Orthopedic and Spine Service Line. In 2014, they joined Crouse Hospital as a Manager in Service Line Development, Ortho/Neuro/Cardiac, and later became the Director of Provider Services/Service Line Development. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Executive Director of Crouse Medical Practice. Currently, they hold the positions of Vice President of PPM Operations and Chief Operating Officer SLH/CPH at St. Lawrence Health.
Michael Rulffes completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Cleveland State University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the State University of New York at Oswego, from 2003 to 2007.
