Holly Swift

Holly Swift currently serves as the Director of Development at St. Louis Arc since August 2023, previously holding the same title at the Jewish Community Center from August 2021 to August 2023. Holly's extensive experience includes philanthropic guidance at Dragonfly Connections from September 2018 to August 2021, where personalized relationships with high-net-worth clients were established. As Executive Director of Our Community Listens from September 2014 to April 2018, Holly successfully grew the organization and implemented key structural elements. Earlier roles involved development and fundraising efforts at St. Louis Arc/Belle Center and leadership positions at Washington University in St. Louis, highlighting a strong foundation in nonprofit management and relationship building. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
