Todd Mitchell

Todd Mitchell is currently the Vice President & General Manager of both the Enterprise Center & Stifel Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to this role, Todd was the General Manager of Silverstein Eye Centers Arena in Kansas City, Missouri from July 2014 to May 2018. In this role, Todd was responsible for the bottom line operating profit/loss for the facility as well as developing and maintaining booking and production relationships with various regional and national promoters and agents. Todd also negotiated and implemented facility lease agreements with sports tenants including ECHL Hockey (Missouri Mavericks) and MASL Soccer (Missouri Comets).

Todd has experience preparing, implementing and reporting detailed facility operating budgets including operational expenses and revenue projections for concerts, sports tenants, meetings, conventions, trade shows, consumer shows, galas and special events. Todd also has experience in day-to-day management of full time employees in various departments including operations, housekeeping, event services, finance and facility maintenance. In addition, Todd has evaluated and developed operating procedures for all functions of the facility including marketing, finance, box office, parking, maintenance, administration, rink operations and food and beverage.

Todd Mitchell's experience in developing programming and maintaining revenue/expense projections for community ice rinks makes him a valuable asset to the St. Louis Blues organization.

Todd Mitchell's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Central Missouri State University.

They work with Randy Girsch - Vice President, Executive Director, Blues for Kids, Stephen Kruse - Vice President, Finance & Controller, and Chris Kerber - Vice President, Broadcast. Todd Mitchell reports to Phil Siddle, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating & Financial Officer.
