Nicole Kozma

Director, Outreach Programs at St. Louis Children's Hospital

Nicole Kozma has experience in various roles in the healthcare and community outreach sectors. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a Program Manager at Saint Louis University. In 2008, they became the Executive Director of Healthy Communities St. Charles County until 2010. Following that, Nicole joined St. Louis Children's Hospital, where they first served as the Manager of Advocacy and Outreach from 2010 onwards. Nicole then advanced to the role of Director of Outreach Programs in 2017. In this role, they managed the logistical operations of five community outreach programs, ensured compliance with regulations and non-profit status, and represented the hospital nationally through publications and presentations on community health and services.

Nicole Kozma completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management at Southeast Missouri State University from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral Health and Education at Saint Louis University.
