Bruce Kozozenski has extensive experience in risk management and safety, currently serving as the Risk Manager for St. Louis County Government since February 2007. Throughout a distinguished career, Bruce has held various roles, including Director of Risk Management at the Metropolitan Saint Louis Sewer District from 2000 to 2007 and Vice President of Asset Protection at Venture Stores for two decades, overseeing loss prevention for a large retail operation. Additionally, Bruce has served as a Leadership Training for Managers Instructor at Dale Carnegie - St. Louis since 1990 and has been an active member of the Safety Council of Greater St. Louis since 1977. Bruce's foundational experience includes a role as a Loss Prevention Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher and service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircraft electrical systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Educational Specialist degree in Safety and Security from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement from Truman State University.
