Erin Metzger

Erin Metzger is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in mental health and addiction services. Currently serving as a Patient Safety and Quality Advisor at Allina Health since June 2018, Erin has also held numerous managerial positions, including Hospital Based Clinic and Inpatient Provider Practice Manager and Clinical Services Manager for the West Region. Prior experience includes the role of Outpatient Mental Health Services Clinic Manager at St. Luke's Duluth, where management encompassed 30 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and oversight of psychiatric services provided by a team of clinicians. Erin began career at St. Luke's Duluth in June 2008, advancing from Registered Nurse to Nurse Manager, responsible for a significant budget and staffing, and maintaining high standards of care within mental health units. Erin Metzger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Registered Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica between 2004 and 2008.
