Ryan Morcrette has an extensive work experience history. Ryan started their career in 2005 as a Tech, Registered Nurse, Clinical Analyst at St. Luke's University Health Network, where they worked until 2012. Ryan then became a Clinical Operations Coordinator and later took on the role of Patient Care Manager, Trauma Neuroscience ICU until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Morcrette served as the Director of the Emergency Department. Following that, they worked as an IT Portfolio Manager from 2018 to 2020 and as a Lead/Senior Clinical Communications and Telehealth Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Ryan was then promoted to Manager, Virtual Care Operations, and most recently, in July 2022, they became the Director, Virtual Care & Clinical Communications at St. Luke's University Health Network. Additionally, Morcrette has also served as a Paramedic for the City of Bethlehem from 2010 to 2021 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Emmaus Youth Association from 2019 to 2022.
Ryan Morcrette obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Drexel University from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Ryan also completed a Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse program at GEM Emergency Medicine Institute.
