Britta Mainello

Britta Mainello has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Britta is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at St. Mark's Hospital, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, Britta worked at Ochsner Health System as the Director of Human Resources - HR Business Partner from October 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Intermountain Healthcare, including Director of Human Resources/ Human Resources Business Partner from May 2018 to October 2019, Transformation Consultant in the Transformation Team from December 2017 to May 2018, and Human Resources Consultant II from March 2016 to December 2017. Britta also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Boston Children's Hospital from November 2014 to March 2016, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Springwell, Inc. from January 2012 to November 2014. Britta started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2010.

Britta Mainello holds a Masters of Education (MEd) degree from The George Washington University. Britta also graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Britta pursued their studies in International/Global Studies through a Semester at Sea program. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma - White Belt from Boston Children's Hospital and in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, both in 2015.
