Kelly G. Frampton began their career in 2011 at West Music Company as a Marketing Specialist and later became a Marketing Project Manager. In these roles, they supervised designers, managed print materials development, and handled marketing projects and promotions. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at InnerWorkings as a Print Production Manager, responsible for purchasing and executing account-based print projects. In 2019, they joined Concept by Iowa Hearing Aid Centers as a Marketing and Communications Manager, where they created and managed advertising plans and handled internal communications. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Communications & Marketing at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, where they developed marketing and communications plans, created written and visual materials, and collaborated with various stakeholders.
Kelly G. Frampton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from Wartburg College, completing their education from 2007 to 2011.
