Edward J. Horsley

Edward J. Horsley, M.Div, is an experienced chaplain and service coordinator with a strong background in providing spiritual and emotional care. Currently serving as a Chaplain at Providence since January 2025, Edward previously held the role of Service Coordinator at Redwood Coast Regional Center, managing services for clients with developmental disabilities from June 2022 to August 2025. Edward has also contributed to educational governance as a School Board Member and Clerk at LOLETA UNION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT from March 2024 to April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Bereavement Coordinator at Central Coast VNA & Hospice, Chaplain at Hospice of Santa Cruz County, and various volunteer positions focused on spiritual care in medical settings. Edward's educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Westmont College.
